Consistent room prices/policies across channels #26

Current hotel prices and policies are not in order. All rates were simplified for now until the implementation if new consistent policies. The following decision need to be taken.

  • What policies are offered (Non-refundable, flexible(timing)) with price derivatives

  • Room only/B&B price derivatives

  • Per pax pricing derivatives

  • Seasonal base rates aiming for an ADR of 300-500USD per night
