feat: Add sal-text crate

- Add a new crate `sal-text` for text manipulation utilities.
- Integrate `sal-text` into the main `sal` crate.
- Remove the previous `text` module from `sal`.  This improves
  organization and allows for independent development of the
  `sal-text` library.
