unify 2 components

why is there /Volumes/T7/code0/hero_aibroker/crates/hero_aibroker_app
and
/Volumes/T7/code0/hero_aibroker/crates/hero_aibroker_ui

this prob should be one, make one but in line with all

check with following skills

/hero_ui_dashboard
/hero_sockets
/hero_proc_service_selfstart

then document

  • make good architecture level readme's in _lib _server ...
  • make sure we understand the dependencies
