A clean-slate admin VM install brought up the Hero stack but hero_codescalers_server failed to start on the fresh setup-binaries.sh deployment. This was not on the SSO closure path, so it was not investigated there. Please reproduce from a fresh installed binary and fix the startup path or service manifest so the default stack does not carry a failed user service.
