inspiration from hero_editor put in archipelago

have a link: unc like in a real OS, define what the links are, make sure hero-os supports it
so we can open a widget on defined location (window mgmt) from a link

The editor component is integerated in the hero archipelagos system, and @mik-tf will handle it from there, adding viewer and testing the editor, i will work on:
