For dev work, we use a regular neard in localnet mode. As we deploy, we need to think about how we make it our own chain:

Update gas token name (also pick a name...)
Make sure our node doesn't try to join regular Near chain
Do we set some kind of unique chain ID?
...?

We have a "devnet" now. The IP address is integrated into the code, pending DNS, so we can start using it already. It's a single node.

Next we can deploy a 3-4 node testnet.
