Description

Opening Business > Biz from the dock shows a window with the title "Biz" and window chrome (minimize/maximize/close), but the content area is 100% blank — no loading indicator, no error message, no "Waiting for..." spinner.

Other unavailable services correctly show a dark-themed "Waiting for hero_X..." spinner. Biz shows nothing.

Expected

Either content should load, or the "Waiting for hero_biz..." spinner should appear (matching the behavior of other unavailable iframe islands like Voice, Books, etc.).

Steps to Reproduce

Open Hero OS UI
Click Business in dock
Click "Biz" in the popup
Observe blank white content area
