The server registers domains under the root context, so RPC endpoint is /api/root/business/rpc not /api/hero_osis/business/rpc. Both e2e tests now pass.

The server registers all domains under the 'root' context, so the RPC
endpoint is /api/root/business/rpc, not /api/hero_osis/business/rpc.
Same fix for the inspector health check URL.
