Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
config_env.rs ships 21 env vars across 8 categories. Several should not be user-editable: HERO_AUTH_CLIENT_ID/SECRET are auto-populated by SSO login, SERPER_API_KEYS/EXA_API_KEYS are Hero-internal AI search keys, TF_VAR_mnemonic is admin-only. GITHUB_TOKEN is mis-categorized under Infrastructure when it belongs alongside GIT_NAME/GIT_EMAIL under Identity.
