Feature request.

Right now exchange rates are typed in by hand, so they go stale and have to be updated manually.

Add a way to fetch rates automatically from an external source (e.g. a public FX API), keeping EUR as the base.

Nice to have:

Refresh on a schedule and/or with a "Refresh now" button.
Still allow a manual override per currency.
Show when each rate was last updated.
