in http://127.0.0.1:9999/#docs/cli.md README.md links to http://127.0.0.1:9999/README.md#quick-install which gives a 404

in http://127.0.0.1:9999/#docs/cli.md SERVICE_SPECS.md links to http://127.0.0.1:9999/#docs/SERVICE_SPECS.md which opens the documentation, seems to just link to http://127.0.0.1:9999/#docs/

at the end of http://127.0.0.1:9999/#docs/builders.md both links to .md files have the same behaviour as SERVICE_SPEC.md
