Pin upstream hero_* deps to main. hero_lib main 9657556a is pre-OpenRPC-simplification. cargo build --workspace passes. main = stable snapshot.

Switch all forge.ourworld.tf hero_* deps from branch=development to
branch=main on main, so main consumes the stable upstream snapshot.
Pinned hero_lib main (9657556a) is pre-OpenRPC-simplification.
Verified: cargo build --workspace passes against main-pinned deps.
