All four binaries (hero_webbuilder, hero_webbuilder_server, hero_webbuilder_admin, hero_webbuilder_web) use hero_lifecycle::service_base!() which only defines SERVICE_TOML, then reference BUILD_NR (E0425). Fix: import herolib_core::service_base instead, whose macro emits both SERVICE_TOML and BUILD_NR.
