Description

We need to answer many questions before we can start more seriously teasing the new token coming, and start some promotion using the new INCA tokens as incentives

Deliverables

  • When is INCA due to launch (approx)? (business)
  • Is INCA the right name or do we go with something else? (business)
  • What use cases the tokenomics of INCA feature? How do they differ from TFT? (business)
  • What does the supply timeline look like (including investors, team, etc.)? (business)
  • Does the development team know exactly how to handle the release of testnet tokens? mainnet tokens? (tech)
  • Should the token release be done on our own applications? (business, tech)
  • Will it be easy for tech team to perform airdrops on other platforms? (tech)

  • Everything needs to be seen as feasible by the development & business teams, as well as approved by senior management
