For the first point, important to align with Alex/ Florian.
Florian also reached out saying:

We have started list of KPIs with Kristof and will open a circle - budget for local coop was what was presented by Marion/Sam

We can have a call to align again but we gave some forms of GO when we were in Dar with Kristof - already they were feeling we were more talking than doing till now so it is super important we change that perception and start with them

@alexandrehannelas , we need with them a consulting agreement - what we understand is easiest way was via DMCC also because they will help for deployment of nodes, token, social media etc for africa and abroad

They are true builders so they know we are still building and this is not at all a corporate job we are proposing"

we don't need a consulting contract, all of this can be done from DMCC

if agreement with Adnan we can start with them, DMCC is our operational company,
their first high level plan is on this doc

Remarks

  • no need for crypto
  • just put in budget every month we pay from wallet, book as rewards for opensource ... something we can book as gift in DMCC

OK so we have agreed to get the contracts going for Victor and David.

In the meantime, given sensibilities around adding to our burn rate / hiring process, we will prepare a small presentation for the stakeholders to clarify Dunia Yetu and the need to bring these two on / how it benefits ThreeFold right now.
