Urgent

  • There is an issue with our package, need to decide what to do.

Phase One

  • Training session on CisionOne
  • Get Amanda and Marion signed up, share materials
  • Create a document for shared learning and plan development
  • Initial exploration of the platform
  • Get clarification on services from Kelly (account lead)
  • Get clarification on "pitch" vs "media release" (both in CisionOne) vs "press release" (we have eight)

  • Develop updated communication and outreach strategy
  • Share and communicate plan internally
  • Create new stories around execution

Currently we are in a situation where we need to decide what to do in terms of keeping CisionOne or keeping PR Newswire.

Amanda and I are writing a proposal around this and will share with stakeholder to make the decision together.

Most likely will go the route of keeping CisionOne but will confirm today with the stakeholders.

Also I need input from stakeholders on how we see the next ±4 months so I can create the updated strategy.

Finally will be moving on to the strategy creation this week.

OK confirmed internally and externally that we will keep CisionOne rather than the 8 US-only PR newswires.

We are still blocked somehow on moving forward with a strategy but @Amanda let's talk about getting back into the CisionOne platform for list building etc.
