We've agreed we need to execute a DAO vote around stricter uptime requirements and the fact that we will halt minting around the end of Q1 2024. This needs to be communicated after the minting update and the escalation announcement.

Since we have already made it clear to the community that minting will stop at 1 Bn closing this and will reopen another when we are nearing that landmark.
