+### Getting your ThreeFold Connect to the Stellar network
+
+The ThreeFold Connect app has a wallet inside, accessed using either the seed keys of the ThreeFold Connect app or an imported seed key.
+The wallet allows you to show your balance in TFTs and FreeTFTs, as well as transferring (sending and receiving) tokens.
+Trading on the StellarX DEX is not yet possible using ThreeFold Connect app (under construction). This is why it can be useful to install other wallets, which are able to do trades on the Stellar DEX.
+
+### How to get a Stellar account in the ThreeFold Connect app
+
+Accounts need to be activated on the Stellar network.
+You can do this by sending an sms with the 5 character code to the shown sms number.
+

+Sending this sms will trigger the activation of a TFT account on the Stellar Network, and the creation of a trustline to the issuer of the token.
+Once activation is done, you can start sending and receiving TFTs.

+### Getting other Stellar wallets to add a TFT or FreeTFT account
+
+A list of available Stellar wallets can be found [here](https://www.stellar.org/ecosystem/projects?tab=wallets#directory).
+
+An account needs the below information keys to access the Stellar network.
+
+ThreeFold_Token is registered under :
+
+- `AssetCode` TFT
+- `Issuer` GBOVQKJYHXRR3DX6NOX2RRYFRCUMSADGDESTDNBDS6CDVLGVESRTAC47
+
+FreeTFT is a separate token with :
+
+- `AssetCode` FreeTFT

+
+Both TFT and FreeTFT are registered on this blockchain, under the domain `threefold.io` . Some wallets don't require you to introduce assetcode and issuer, but need this domain name to find back the tokens on the Stellar network.

+## How to buy TFTs
+
+Trading capabilities are not yet available in the ThreeFold Connect app.
+As from April 29, TFTs are tradable on following exchanges.
+

+## Pay for capacity
+
+Capacity on the ThreeFold_Grid can only be bought using tokens. These tokens are registered on the Stellar network.
+
+Two tokens can be used :
+
+- TFT is the usual currency to be used for capacity reservation.
+- FreeTFT is a token that is freely distributed to 3Bot users, for exploration of the capabilities. Every new 3Bot ID gets 1000 FreeTFT, which can be used for reserving capacity.
+
+## How to get FreeTFTs
+
+Every 3bot gives right to 1000 FreeTFTs, available to pay capacity on the ThreeFold_Grid.
+
+To claim your 1000 FreeTFT, go to the website and claim your tokens.

+## ThreeFold_Token: liquidity
+
+ThreeFold_Token (TFT), is a young vibrant token, with the potential to become a leading cryptocurrency with market capitalization of US$1+ billion and daily trading volume of over US$10 million. It is the token of a new neutral green internet, backed by internet capacity, with its own intrinsic value.
+
+One of the keys to success and wide acceptance of the token is its liquidity. Therefore, there is a need to now jump start liquidity as a key to fulfilling TFT's potential. To that extent, we are listing on several major independent token/coin exchanges, as well as launching our own decentralized exchange.
+
+Our first step was to list TFTs on the BTC-Alpha token exchange in June 17, 2018. In the initial weeks of trading, organic daily liquidity rose to more than 10x, with the help of several independent traders who were allocated modest amounts of TFTs to trade. Their mandate was to trade tokens, and they were rewarded based on volume traded. We are considering furthering this as a part of our token promotion efforts.
+
+Step two is to launch our own decentralized exchange, the UI/UX for which is under development and is due to launch in September 2018. The advantage of this decentralized exchange is that there are no trading fees, those typically charged by centralized exchanges. We use atomic swaps to achieve secure and reliable trading across multiple tokens.
+Step three is to list TFT on larger, more recognized exchanges. This requires yet higher liquidity i.e. more than 100k USD traded daily, as well as a hefty listing fee. New listings would enable further visibility, liquidity and adoption of TFT's by a significantly larger community.

+Given the nature of the issuance model, the number of tokens issued by the grid to new farmers is always smaller than the amount of real capacity connected to the TF Grid. +# BUY TFT in ThreeFold Wallet

+As from this release, ThreeFold Tokens can be directly bought using Bitcoin (BTC).
+
+## Steps
+
+### Activate your BTC wallet in the ThreeFold Connect App

+Click the `ACTIVATE` button, agree with the Terms and Conditions, and confirm the activation on the next screen.

+### Deposit BTC
+
+Once activated, your wallet address is ready to hold BTC. 
+The address is the same as the one holding TFT and can be copied into memory by clicking in the upper right corner of the wallet bar in the Info Tab.

+An alternative way to copy the content of the address to deposit BTC is by creating a QR code holding the address.

+### Exchange BTC into TFT
+
+Once you have BTC available in your wallet, you can use it to create a TFT buy order with it, which will be launched on the Stellar DEX.
+These buy orders will be executed immediately after submission of the order, under the conditions that the price criterium is met. A trade order will lead to buying TFTs against the cheapest available price. Right now it doesn't make sense to decrease the price of the token, as this will lead to a non-fulfilled order and your wallet will 'spin' eternally.
+Increasing the price can be done without risk, as the cheapest orders on the Stellar DEX are always the first ones to be used for.
+So it might be very well that the price you pay for a TFT might be less than indicated.
+
+You can find the buy option in the TFT wallet, option `TRADE BTC TO TFT >`:

+In this screen, you can launch a trade to exchange BTC into TFT for the requested amount and maximum price.

+Confirm your buy order and then wait for execution of it in your wallet.

+ThreeFold will do what it can to guarantee liquidity on the underlying exchange.

+### Transfer BTC to another account
+
+The BTC that are residing in your wallet in the ThreeFold Connect app can be transferred to any other bitcoin wallet. 
+
+At this point in time, [Cryptoanchor](https://cryptoanchor.io/), issuer of the TFT trustline on the Stellar network, doesn't support the sponsored transfer of tokens yet, like it is implemented in the ThreeFold Connect app.
+
+BTCs can be withdrawn however to another wallet using interstellar (the tool owned by the issuer of BTC on Stellar). Here is how to do it:
+
+- First go to detailed info, and press show secret.
+- Copy this secret, you will need it later.
+- Navigate to [Interstellar Exchange](https://interstellar.exchange/app/#/), follow the steps and select “Enter account”
+- Choose a password and login
+- Select “Import” a single wallet, fill in the secret you copied earlier.
+- You will need a very small amount of XLM to execute this transaction ( 0.0001 ). If you don’t have this XLM or don’t know how to get it, please contact support on https://threefold.io/ with your public wallet address provided.
+Click `BTC` and select `Withdraw`.
+- Fill in the amount and Bitcoin address you want to withdraw it to. Keep in mind there is a transaction fee, the site might adjust the amount if you don’t have enough in your account to cover both the amount + fee.
+- Confirm the transaction.

+
+Now you're ready to buy any digital currency supported by Coinbase. In this scenario, we recommend XLM which is Stellar's native token. We recommend XLM because it can be traded directly with TFT.

+2. Select Buy / Sell on the upper right-hand side.
+3. Click the Buy panel to select the asset you'd like to purchase (choose XLM)

+# How to get TFT on 1inch
+
+1. First, head to  [1inch.io](http://1inch.io/).
+
+2. You’ll need to connect a wallet to the 1inch dApp. Click ‘Launch dApp’ in the top-right corner, and then find ‘Connect Wallet.’ For this, you should have a wallet configured for Binance Smart Chain (BSC), either via [MetaMask](tft_bsc_metamask) (browser extension and mobile app) or any other supported wallet from the list where you store your TFT on BSC. MetaMask is quite a popular wallet and we already have a tutorial on our wiki, which is why we recommend it. If you have MetaMask installed as a browser extension, you will see it as an option in the list. If not, you should see ‘Web3’ (for us, it’s the second option), which will then point you to MetaMask.

+5. **The window where you can put your buy order** Here you set the amount, price, and click **Buy**. You can automatically pre-populate the field by clicking on a specific SELL order. The order will be executed automatically as soon as it will match the corresponding sell order.

+6. **The Window where you can put your sell order** Here you set the amount, price, and click **Sell**. You can automatically pre-populate the field by clicking on a specific BUY order. The order will be executed automatically as soon as it will match the corresponding buy order.

+7. **List of all buy orders currently available on the market** Please note that price is set in BTC if you select the BTC market.

+8. **List of your active orders** If your order will not be matched and executed immediately, it will be visible in this section. You can cancel your standing orders at any time.

+9. **List of all recent deals on the market with their price, size, and date**

Instead, we highly recommended keeping your ThreeFold_Tokens in an offline TFT wallet, such as the one provided with the ThreeFold App.

+To withdraw your ThreeFold_Tokens from your online TFT wallet on BTC-Alpha go through the following steps:

+1. Make sure you have the ThreeFold app installed as documented in [Token Trade using the ThreeFold App](threefold_app) and have the address of your ThreeFold App wallet copied, as documented in the [Receive tokens](threefold_app) section
+
+2. From the navigation menu under your profile name, go to the **Finance** section:

+Since StellarTerm is an open source UI on top of Stellar DecentraliZed Exchange, you can just log in there using your existing Stellar wallet.

Also it is possible to log in using your secret key exported from any other wallet (although this option is less secure). +## Part 1: Create an account on interstellar.exchange

+
+For Interstellar, all you need to do is set a password, as the wallet will be linked to your device instead of an email address.

+## Part 2: Create a wallet and adding funds to your account.

+- Choose All (Unverified) and search for TFT

+Stellar has a built-in exchange = Stellar_Exchange

+You can use this exchange to go from a Stellar token e.g. XLM to TFT or other way around.

+Fiat is the name for euros, dollars, or other government-issued currencies.
