Timur Gordon 2201148e41 Update specs for Hero backend integration and Dioxus platform 
- Update API contracts to use correct Hero-generated method names
  (ServiceName.method_name pattern from openrpc.json)
- Update architecture docs with Hero server details and schema paths
- Update data models with correct schema file locations
- Update devices spec with correct DeviceService methods
- Change web/desktop platform target from TypeScript to Rust/Dioxus
- Add Dioxus framework description for shared web/desktop codebase
