Set edition = "2024" and rust-version = "1.92" in workspace Cargo.toml to align with hero_ecosystem skill requirements.

Changes

  • edition: "2021" → "2024"
  • rust-version: added "1.92"

Testing

  • Trivial metadata change; CI validates on merge
