Sister-cleanup to 87bcf17 which bumped every hero_* git dep to 0.6.0 but missed crates/hero_browser/Cargo.toml. Fresh clones of development fail Cargo resolution because hero_proc workspace publishes hero_proc_sdk at 0.6.0 and ^0.5.0 does not satisfy it.
