merge: development into main + bump to v0.1.8 ... 6aca188508

Includes all changes since v0.1.7:
- Multi-node via hero_proxy over Mycelium
- IPv6 bracket support in URLs
- MYCELIUM_IP env for worker advertise address
- Content-Length parsing in http_rpc_tcp (fixes hanging explorer proxy)
- Install script starts hero_router + hero_proxy + configures Mycelium
- HTTP/1.0 transport, lowercase methods, removed stream.shutdown()
- Updated docs and architecture for multi-node
