- Add admin page with repo management (list, register, unregister)
- Add register_repository/unregister_repository SDK methods
- Fix WebDAV COPY/MOVE 502: rewrite Destination header to strip
  proxy prefix before passing to dav_server handler
- Rename "HeroFoundry" → "Foundry" across all 12 templates

The REPL/admin web UI crate was using the _ui convention name, but the
proper _ui should be the end-user code browser (hero_forge_ui, being
renamed separately). This frees up the _ui name for the main web UI.

Renamed: crate, binary, directory, socket, Makefile, buildenv.sh
