Set edition = "2024" and rust-version = "1.92" in workspace Cargo.toml to align with hero_ecosystem skill requirements.

Changes

  • edition: updated to "2024" per ecosystem standard
  • rust-version: set to "1.92" per ecosystem standard

Testing

  • cargo check passes cleanly
