Summary

Shared composite action consumed by per-VM auto-update workflows in hero_whiteboard, hero_slides, hero_collab.

Changes

Added composite action: wait for lab-publish, parallel binary fetch with all-or-nothing swap, restart via cli/zinit/raw branches.

Test Results

YAML lint OK; restart shell smoke-tested across all five branches.
